What are your hours of operation?
We understand that printing can sometimes be the last step in the design process, so we are willing to work outside the normal work day schedule, as required. We do close for the major federal holidays throughout the year.
Do you send plans by e-mail?
Yes we do. Please let us know the job name plus the required sheets you desire. The charge for e-mailing plans will be as if you ordered printed sheets. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard), check, cash, or on your business charge account (if established).
Do you receive plans via e-mail?
In today's business world, electronically transmitted documents are an every day occurance. Our e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept the following file designations: TIFF, Adobe PDF, Plot Files ñ PLT, AutoCad ñ DWG, DXF, and DWF. For plot files, you need to include the Xerox Driver selection for printing.
How do I obtain copies of plans on file?
For those who are able to visit our print shop, a hard copy for each job is maintained on file for viewing. Individual sheets or complete sets can be ordered. If you are located out of town and would like plans mailed to you, please call or e-mail and we will help you select the desired sheets. If you have an account with Fed Ex, DHL or UPS we will ship the plans directly to you, using your account number. If you do not have an express mail account, we will ship the plans to you thru DHL or US Mail & charge you for the shipping & handling costs. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or on your business charge account (if established).
How do I pay for plans ordered?
If you have a business account with Ace Blueprinters, we will charge the cost to your account and send you an invoice at the end of the month. Payment can also be made with cash, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or by check.
How can I open a charge account?
We welcome the opportunity to set you up as a repeat customer. Click here to print a copy of the credit application (PDF). Once the credit application is completed, please fax/mail or bring the form to us and we will contact you within a few days to notify you of the account status.
Can I send plans to Ace Blueprinters for storage, review, and purchase by ìSub-Contractorsî?
Please bring the project plans by the office, e-mail them or mail them to us. Upon receipt we will store the plans in the computer for future use. Sub-Contractors can review those plans here in the office and purchase the desired sheets.
Can I purchase printing supplies at Ace Blueprinters?
Yes, we stock printing paper, plotter paper, scales, Vellum, Mylar.
